Troopers searching for truck in deadly hit-and-run

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The South Carolina Highway Patrol is looking for a black Chevrolet they say was involved in a deadly hit-and-run Thursday.

According to SCHP, the vehicle — believed to be a 2015–2020 Chevrolet 2500 or 3500 pickup — struck a moped, killing driver Brandon James Butler, 29, of Elgin.
