LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – Hundreds of local bikers filled the parking lot at Charter 803 Bar & Grill, showing support for the family of fallen South Carolina State Trooper Dennis Ricks.
Ricks died last year while on duty after he was hit by a truck during a traffic stop in Orangeburg County.
James Duggan, a New York Police Department officer for over 20 years, was among those who organized the event through the recently formed NYPD 10-13 Midlands South Carolina organization.
