Former NOMA Warehouse to become new home for River Church in Cottontown

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Colliers South Carolina has leased a former warehouse space in Columbia’s NOMA District to River Church, according to a press release.

The 4,500-square-foot building at 2222 Sumter Street, owned by Cason Development Group, was formerly home to NOMA Warehouse and has been modernized as a flex space, according to Colliers.

Colliers’ Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented the property owner in the transaction, which brings River Church to the Cottontown neighborhood…
