Colliers South Carolina‘s Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented owner Cason Development Group in the leasing of 2222 Sumter St. in Columbia to River Church. The building is a 4,500-square-foot modernized flex space and was formerly home to NOMA Warehouse.
Positioned near Bull Street, Main Street and downtown Columbia, the Cottontown neighborhood within the NOMA District has become the hub for eclectic, locally owned businesses and a dining destination for many Columbia residents, according to a Colliers news release.
