(WJBF) – With fires popping up still we want to remind you that Burn bans are still active across our viewing area.
In South Carolina, it’s a statewide burn ban. That includes yard debris, campfires, and prescribed burns. Officials say it will stay in effect until further notice due to dry, windy conditions.
In Georgia, an emergency 30-day burn ban is active for 91 south Georgia counties.
