RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A driver is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Richland County on Tuesday, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
The collision occurred on Decker Boulevard near the intersection with Ranch Road around 3:16 p.m.
