COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Residents along Poplar Street in the Avenues neighborhood say potholes have damaged their vehicles and raised safety concerns on the state-maintained road.
Janavia Dennis, who has lived in the area for 15 years, said the road conditions have become costly.
“I’ve purchased vehicles over the years, had tires blown out, it begins to be costly and it does raise concerns about property value when you look at the aesthetic as well,” Dennis said…
