RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A man has been arrested following a shooting incident on the property of a Midlands elementary school on Monday, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. at Horrell Hill Elementary School while School Resource Officer Deputy Toynika Hall was patrolling the area to ensure student safety.
