COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The shooting happened Sunday, May 10, near the Relapse Bar & Grill.
Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) said the shooting happened early Sunday at the Relapse Bar & Grill, when a Forest Acres police officer reportedly heard shots coming from the area of the bar.
