BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. — Two proposed developments in Blythewood could bring more than 900 new homes to Richland County if approved by county leaders.
One proposal off Fulmer Road would add 472 homes across about 157 acres. The developer initially requested a higher-density rezoning, but after that request was denied, submitted a lower-density proposal instead.
