CAYCE, S.C. — City leaders in Cayce say several infrastructure and quality-of-life projects are underway across the community as part of an effort to improve neighborhoods and keep residents informed about ongoing development.
Blue and white “Building a Better Cayce” signs have appeared throughout the city to mark projects ranging from sidewalk construction to drainage and sewer upgrades.
