THIS WEEKEND:We’ll be partly cloudy and dry for Saturday with afternoon highs near 90°. Sunday, we start to see those moisture levels go up, and that could result in a few pop-up showers and storms. Highs on Sunday will be held down a few degrees thanks to some additional cloud cover.
NEXT WEEK:Dewpoints will be in the upper 60s to low 70s, helping to give us chances for rain each day next week, although we aren’t expecting to much rainfall. Chances for rain each day will be stray to isolated at best with afternoon highs getting into the low 90s by the end of the week. So very Summer-like with pop-up showers and storms each day. Toward the end of the week, with the warmer temps and higher moisture levels, heat index values will be running near the century mark, so plan those outdoor activities accordingly.
TROPICS:It’s is Hurricane Season, and according to the National Hurricane Center, tropical activity is not expected for the next 7 days…
