COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – The Legacy Table 706 Juneteenth Experience was hosted at the Cunningham Center in Columbus.
The event celebrated the holiday by talking about legacy, entrepreneurship, growth, sustainability and wealth.
“Not only representing Juneteenth but it’s also representing the community, the advocacy, and the impact of those individuals for the long term that’s been doing work here in Columbus Georgia,” said Kaliece Henry, Miss Georgia Petite 2026 and floor manager. “It’s a great thing that we bring advocacy and actually acknowledgement to those who actually took a stance to want to pour into the community and actually change lives that is the legacy we want to continue to build on in our community.”…
