COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — The Food Mill is seeking volunteers to help make an impact in the lives of families across the Chattahoochee Valley by packing fresh produce boxes.
On Friday, July 31, volunteers with the Food Mill will gather at their Community Outreach Center from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. to pack back-to-school boxes for the Phoebe Sumter Medical Center.
Food Mill officials say this initiative is ensuring children across the Fountain City and beyond are receiving the proper nutrients they need to start off the incoming school year on the right foot…
