COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)-A noticeable pattern change is beginning to take shape, and it will bring a break from the recent heat.
Temperatures will gradually fall from the lower 90s into the upper 80s as increasing cloud cover and a series of rain showers move into the region.
The weather pattern is being driven by high pressure building farther west. Its eastern side will help push a front toward our area, with several disturbances developing ahead of it. That combination will increase cloud cover and rain chances while keeping temperatures cooler than what we have experienced recently…
