COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Muggier air is increasing and that will bring back the rain chances the rest of the week into the weekend. It won’t be a washout, but have some inside plans ready just in case.
Patchy morning fog is possible Thursday. Otherwise, we’ll have a mostly sunny to partly cloudy sky. There will be a chance of showers and storms mainly after 2 PM ET. Rain coverage appears to be around 30 to 40% with highest chances the farther south you live. Highs reach the low 90s and feels like temperatures will be higher than the last couple days in the upper 90s to near 100 degrees.
