COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – The Columbus City Council approved a contract Tuesday night for a new parking garage at the Columbus Convention and Trade Center.
The council vote was unanimous.
New garage details
The new garage will provide approximately 500 additional parking spaces. The existing garage will remain in place. The addition will bring the trade center’s total parking capacity from about 500 spaces to nearly 1,000.
