Graduation rates rise for Muscogee and Troup County schools

GEORGIA (WRBL) — The Georgia Department of Education released graduation rates for the 2025-2026 school year.

The results show that Muscogee County high schools have improved their four-year graduation rate to a record high of 96.3%. That represents a .02% increase over the previous year.

All nine Muscogee County School District schools (Carver, Columbus, Hardaway, Jordan, Kendrick, Northside, Rainey-McCullers, Shaw, and Spencer) achieved a graduation rate of 92% or above, well above the state graduation rate of 88.5%.  Five schools posted their highest rate ever:  Carver 92.5%, Hardaway 96.8%, Jordan 96.6%, Kendrick 98.2%, and Shaw 97.8%…
