2nd Congressional District: Jeremy Gray looks to invest in communities

Rep. Jeremy Gray, D-Opelika, said the creation of the new 2nd Congressional District gives its next representative a chance to address its most pressing issues.

Gray, a candidate for the Democratic nomination for the district, said that rural counties need infrastructure, healthcare, investment in education and jobs with living wages.

“We talk about environmental issues, mental health issues, there are so many ways that funding from the federal level can help District Two,” he said.
