PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WRBL) — Mayor Eddie Lowe and Phenix City council members will gather on Thursday, Feb. 1 for the annual State of the City address.
The address is open to the public at the Public Safety Building Council Chamber at 1111 Broad Street in Phenix City. It will start at 6 p.m.
The city says the address will also be streamed at www.phenixcity.us/events .
