PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WRBL) — Local residents should watch out for possible traffic delays during their commute on Monday, Jan. 29.
Part 13th Street at Broad Street in Phenix City will be closed for the day as a sanitary sewer line is repaired.
Multiple lanes will be blocked in the eastbound direction, also leaving the Seventh Avenue and 13th Street intersection closed.
One lane along 13th Street will remain open. A detour will be in place for drivers trying to access Seventh Avenue.

According to the city, the repair should take one day. Delays are to be expected until its completion.
