Months after requesting funding from the City of Opelika, the East Alabama Health will have a groundbreaking on Wednesday for its new mental health facility. EAH has been approved by the Certificate of Need Board in Montgomery to build the new mental health facility in Opelika. It will provide inpatient and outpatient care and allow space for an incoming physician residency program.
