CSU initiates new admission cycle to address nursing shortages

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Columbus State University’s School of Nursing instituted a new admission cycle to counter the statewide shortage of nurses. According to the GHA, Georgia currently faces a shortage of 10,000 plus nurses, which is predicted to worsen in the coming years due to an aging population and increased demand for healthcare services.
