COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Still dealing with this pesky upper level low this morning with a few light showers still possible until it continues to move eastward. Staying cloudy through the majority of the day with possibly a few breaks late this afternoon and evening.
Breezy conditions finally die out and clouds clear overnight with temperatures dropping back into the upper 30s by Tuesday morning. Plenty of sunshine in the forecast through much of your Tuesday with temperatures on the rebound through much of the week.
Forecast remains quiet through the midweek with sunny skies. Cloud coverage slowly increases through the week as temperatures are quickly back into the 70s by the upcoming weekend as the surface high moves eastward.
Our next chance of rain and thunderstorms move in Saturday and Sunday along a frontal boundary. Overall the extended forecast is trending wet and unsettled through next week.
