COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A man shot and killed a dog while burglarizing a local auto care shop, according to the Columbus Police Department.
Police say the burglary happened on Sunday at Professional Auto Care on 12th Street. The suspect entered the shop by yanking open the door with a vehicle.
Upon entering the business, police say the man shot and killed the dog inside.
There is no word on the suspect’s identity at this time. WRBL will keep you updated.
