PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WRBL) — Two roads in Russell County are closing until further notice.
One closure at 22nd Street between 13th Avenue and 15th Avenue begins immediately on Tuesday afternoon. There is no estimate of when it will re-open at this time.
A section of Airport Road between 37th Street and 13th Avenue is also closing immediately. There is currently no timeframe as to when it will open again.
The city says the park will remain open.
Traffic control signage will be in place at both closings. Delays are to be expected.
