PANAMA CITY, Ala. (WTVM) – New details have emerged about a deadly Florida shooting case involving the suspect and victim, who are both from Columbus. DeMarcus Lykes, 38, was arrested earlier this month and charged with the premeditated murder of 42-year-old Berris McNamee in Panama City over Labor Day weekend.
