COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)— Friday night, one individual was killed and another injured in what Columbus Police describe as an accident with injuries.
Police say it happened on 5th Avenue near 20th Street around 9:30 Friday night.
One 60-year-old man was killed in the accident, a 44-year-old woman injured. She was taken to Piedmont Columbus Regional where she is in stable condition at this time.
Neither the decedent nor the injured woman have been identified at this time.
The Columbus Police Department’s Motor Squad is investigating.
