COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – A secured perimeter has been lifted at Northside High School and surrounding schools after a suspect was apprehended in the area. According to the Muscogee County School District, the Columbus Police Department was pursuing a suspect in the area of Northside High School, Veterans Memorial and North Columbus Elementary.
