Alabama authorities arrested a man who allegedly threatened to blow up an Ulta Beauty store in Opelika. The suspect somehow got ahold of some markers or crayons or some other colorful items because, in his mug shot, his face is covered in red and blue.
Timothy Vincent Lincoln, 42, of Buras, Louisiana, is facing a charge of making a terrorist threat in the first degree. According to a probable cause arrest affidavit filed in Lee County District Court and obtained by Law&Crime, Lincoln was talking on the phone and standing outside an Ulta Beauty store on Enterprise Drive in the Tiger Town shopping complex shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday.
An employee who also was outside overheard Lincoln allegedly say, “I’m going to blow this s— up.” The employee ran inside and alerted her co-workers, who evacuated the store. The complaint did not say whether Lincoln entered the store or may have had a prior dispute, which may have led to making the alleged threat.
