A Louisiana man who threatened to blow up an Ulta Beauty store in Alabama has been arrested, according to WRBL. Timothy Lincoln, 42, allegedly made a phone call outside an Ulta Beauty on Saturday morning. During the call, he allegedly told the person he was speaking to “I’m going to blow this s*** up!”
