A 42-year-old man was arrested in Alabama after allegedly threatening to blow up an Ulta Beauty store. The incident occurred on October 19th at the Tiger Town shopping center in Opelika. According to police, an employee at the Ulta store overheard Timothy Lincoln on the phone saying, “I’m going to blow this up!”
