For Veterans Day, that front finally swings through the area and things become drier with sunshine returning. High will remain above average with highs near 80°, eventually dropping into the mid 70s by week’s end. Overnight lows will be in the low 60s Monday and Tuesday, before dropping into the 50s Wednesday and Thursday, with possible 40s by Friday.

Rafael has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm with sustained winds of 65 mph and is expected continue westward over the next 24 hours, turning southward by Monday and weakening into a depression, eventually becoming a remnant low pressure area.
