Pleasant Thursday; Chilly mornings ahead

COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- Tracking a dry and cool Thursday forecast. Temperatures remain mild this morning, but will struggle to reach into the 60s later on today. Plus, winds will continue to pick up following yesterday’s cold front.

Friday: Tonight, temperatures will plummet into the 30s for the entire area. Highs tomorrow will drop into the 50s, and winds will remain breezy. We will be tracking a second cold front moving through in the afternoon.

Saturday & Sunday: Extremely cold air will follow this front. Get ready for lows to drop below sub-freezing Saturday-Monday . When you add in the breezy conditions, wind chill temperatures will be in the mid 20s.

Next Week: Expect plenty of sunshine until the middle of next week. Showers will move in just in time for the holidays. Isolated showers will be possible throughout the day on Christmas .
