The Columbus Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in helping to locate a missing 13-year-old. 13-year-old Icceia Bowden was last seen in the area of the 1300 block of Floyd Road on December 22, 2024, around 8:47 PM – just after the shooting death of 9-year-old Lakeith Livingston.
