‘It’s always something’: Ralston flood adds to years of tenant frustration

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – A burst sprinkler pipe at The Ralston forced residents out, reigniting concerns over long-standing infrastructure issues.

Officials say the pipe burst on the fourth floor of the Ralston, a building designated for low-income housing, causing a major leak in parts of the building.
