Auburn wide receiver Malcolm Simmons is no longer facing a domestic violence charge, according to a report.
The charge against Simmons in Lee County this summer have been dismissed. Simmons was arrested on July 16 following an alleged domestic violence incident. He faced a charge of domestic violence with strangulation or suffocation.
