COLUMBUS, GA. (WRBL)- For the start of your work week the heat is on! Highs will sit in the mid 90s, and heat index readings will be in the low 100s tomorrow afternoon. Rain chances will do little to cool us off.

Next Week: A high-pressure system over the southeast will cause rain chances to remain slim for most of this week. Feel-like temperatures will sit in the 100s through next Thursday.
