Opelika Police searching for 2 women accused of grocery store theft

OPELIKA, Ala. (WRBL) — The Opelika Police Department (OPD) is currently searching for two women accused of stealing from a Piggly Wiggly.

According to OPD, at approximately 11:15 a.m., two Hispanic women entered the Piggly Wiggly at 1515 Second Avenue and stole 13 cans of baby formula. The women left the store in a 2003 Silver Honda Accord.

Police say the first female can be seen wearing a black t-shirt with a white graphic design, dark blue pants and black sneakers. The other female can be seen wearing a black t-shirt with a pumpkin design, dark blue pants and gray shoes…
