Police have arrested suspects in two deadly shootings within the past week, the Columbus Police Department announced in separate news releases Wednesday night.
Walter Bethune, 32, is charged with murder in Wednesday’s shooting death of Lawrence Perry, 54, and Antoine Finch, 20, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct in the Aug. 29 shooting death of Victor Hinton, 17.
Northside Industrial Boulevard shooting death
At 6:16 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 1600 block of Northside Industrial Boulevard, the address for the Aludyne foundry, in reference to shots being fired. A second call was received from St. Francis Hospital in reference to a shooting victim. Officers determined both incidents were related, CPD said.
