COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — The Columbus Police Department says five people were taken into custody in connection with a shooting that left a woman dead near Bay Avenue.
CPD says with the help of the Violent Crimes Unit, Fugitive Unit, Real Time Crime Center, and the Phenix City Police Department, 15-year-old Noah Toney, 15-year-old Ty’Ron Cherry, 16-year-old Lafabien Anderson, 18-year-old Lamarcus Williams, and 21-year-old Kacin Grant were taken into custody.
Anderson was taken into custody on Sept. 11, while Toney, Cherry, Grant and Williams were taken into custody on Tuesday, according to CPD…
