MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall announced Thursday that five men have been indicted in Chambers County for discharging weapons into occupied and unoccupied buildings, with enhanced charges under the Alabama Criminal Enterprise Act. The new charges follow March 2025 indictments of three men in Lee County for related crimes.
The indictments name Jamaroun Dayshun Satterwhite, Damarious Ross, Timothy Bell, Alija Dayshun Moss-Rowel, and Johnny Lee Thomas III. A total of 12 Criminal Enterprise indictments were returned by the Chambers County Grand Jury.
In March, Satterwhite, Ross, and Bell were previously indicted in Lee County for similar Criminal Enterprise offenses. Each faces four felony counts stemming from their involvement in those crimes…
