Staying Dry & Way Above Average; Chance For Rain At The End Of The Week!

TODAY:We’re woke up to fairly mild conditions with mainly 50s and a few areas of fog. We’ve got another warm day on tap! Afternoon highs will reach into the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies. A dry front does come through late this afternoon, but other than some clouds, that’s all this system will produce for us.

THIS WEEK:We continue to stay dry and way above average for much of the week ahead! Look for mostly sunny skies through Thursday with afternoon highs in the low 80s and overnight lows in the 40s and 50s. Toward the end of the week, a trough along with a southern stream pattern helps pull in some Gulf moisture ahead of an advancing system. Friday, we’ll see clouds increase with a few isolated showers possible, but the better chance for rain comes in on Saturday with the passage of the front. However, at this time, it doesn’t look like a washout, only the rain coverage will be slightly higher than what we see on Friday. Then Sunday, if that front stalls, we could see some more moisture from out of the Gulf provide us with another chance for some rain. The Sunday outlook could change and we stay dry, so stay tuned to the First Alert Weather team for the latest.
