COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – The pattern for the first week of December will be more active than November with wet weather moving through the Valley at times, mainly early in the week and late in the week. The chill remains locked in place.
Cloudy, cool and a bit breezy on this Monday. Temperatures are mostly starting off in the 40s with no rain at first. Highs are expected to reach the mid to upper 50s, perhaps 60 degrees south. While there could be rain in a few spots during the afternoon, our next wave of rain moves in Monday evening and Monday night.
It will rain just about all night Monday and that rain will be heavy at times. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s Tuesday morning.
Rain ends by mid to late morning Tuesday with widespread rain for the early commuters. Totals Monday night through Tuesday morning are expected to be in the 1 to 2 inch range, a lot more than we had all of November. Some sun is possible Tuesday afternoon. Highs in the low to mid 50s…
