A man was arrested in Phenix City Thursday afternoon after a high-speed chase.
Christopher Martin Fleming, 32, was arrested after eluding law enforcement on Broad Street. The chase ended on Broad Street at 16th Street, leading to a search.
Eventually, Fleming was caught. Fleming was booked into the Russell County Jail at 8:11 p.m. Thursday.
Fleming was charged with larceny/theft-theft other vehicle, possession of burglary tools, stolen property-receiving stolen vehicle, two counts of obstructing law enforcement-attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, obstruction-failure to appear/bail jumping felonies, and a grand jury indictment…
