GEORGIA — A 66-year-old woman died Friday night after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Macon Road and Rigdon Road, according to the Columbus Police Department.
Police identified the victim as Shirley Ann Lewis. She was transported to Piedmont Columbus Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead, Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan said.
