COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A Columbus woman has died after being involved in a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, 76-year-old Ruthie M. Phillips was fatally injured when the 2007 BMW 328i she was driving struck the 2026 Chevrolet Equinox driven by a 63-year-old individual from Wingina, Va.
