PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WRBL) — The Phenix City Police Department appointed Donnie Thomas as its new Assistant Chief of Police on Tuesday morning.
Assistant Chief Thomas served in the United States Army for 22 years before joining the department. According to Phenix City officials, Thomas has served in patrol, criminal investigations and the training division throughout his career.
