RUSSELL COUNTY, Ala. (WTVM) – A stray cat tested positive for rabies Wednesday, Jan. 14, prompting Russell County Sheriff’s Department officials to issue safety reminders for residents and visitors.
The department advises residents to reduce their risk of exposure by following several precautions.
