COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Rain coverage decreases for a time Sunday morning before a line of storms approaches around midday. The Storm Prediction Center has placed our area under a Level 1 of 5 severe weather threat, with some southern counties under a Level 2 of 5 threat. This is a low-end risk, but a few damaging wind gusts or a brief, isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
